The materials on this Website & e-Learning System and other intellectual property are protected by our and by third party copyright.

A licence is supplied to a named user and that named user only should have access to the courseware. It is strictly forbidden and will be construed as a breach of copyright for any user to use the courseware material in a classroom or similar situation to instruct others on the subject. Porting the courseware onto projectors or other methods for mass training purposes is similarly strictly forbidden.

The copying of materials in the courseware which are indicated to a user as being suitable for printing or saving, are solely for the use of that user / licence holder, and the mass printing and or circulation of these materials will be construed as a breach of copyright and is also strictly forbidden.

Any breach or suspected breach of the copyright restrictions will render the user liable to legal action in accordance with the copyright laws of England and Wales, and will also automatically result in the withdrawal of license rights not only for the user who has made the suspected breach but also to all other users within that user group until the matter is resolved by a court of law or arbitration.
